Wonderful company with a purpose, team members, and clients. A joy to work with overall. Loved working with talented, well-traveled, talented people on complex organizational challenges.

Some of the leadership team was not very strong, but there were several great leaders so it just depended what team you were on. I would have liked to see more application of what was preached, however it was a good place to work.

Work life balance. Supportive management. Hybrid.
