      Pros

      I have a job that I get to come to every morning so I am able to pay my bills

      Cons

      they are full of crap with this brainwash transformation they keep trying to push. they will ask for input but don't take action

      Nice work areas. No pressure.

      Cons

      No one bit of loyalty to employees at all. After 2 years I became proficient at the most difficult builds, only 3 others could do that and they were there a lot longer. When layoffs came even though I had seniority on some, I was told layoffs were by shift not time in job. After 2+ years there I didn't get one dollar of severance. Just a see ya later and out the door. To think I would work through my lunchbreak and take extra OT for these people when orders were high.
