Awful oversight - Anonymous employee Enable Employee Review

Enable has dedicated themselves to providing many resources to staff to include training and development, competitive benefits and compensation, employee recognition and career advancement. The staff culture at Enable is warm, inviting and like a family environment. All of the staff from management to the field team look forward to new hires coming aboard to bridge the gap in our staffing. Currently our new hire training and development consists of (2) full weeks of classroom and hands on instruction provided by a member of our team as host from all of the operational departments. Prior to a new hire beginning his/her role they are afforded the opportunity to shadow veteran Enable employees to allow for additional training and questions. Subsequently employees receive on going training and development throughout the year each year they remain employed with the agency as required and mandated by the Department of Human Services and the office of licensing. Employees with an untimely departure would be unable to take full advantage of these learning opportunities as they are continuous and occur day to day. Staff relationships are quit the contrary of being "clique-ish and unfriendly", everyone is always willing to support their peers and celebrate their many accomplishments as they develop. The agency recognizes a number of holidays which are celebrated by all staff inclusive of their individual cultures and heritages. It is always an atmosphere that makes everyone feel welcomed and part of the team! We have a lot of fun throughout the year from food tucks for staff and consumers to the consumer giving tree during Christmas where our team of employees pull together to purchase gifts for the wonderful individuals we serve. With that said as the agency continues to grow and provide services to our individuals along with that comes many opportunities for staff to advance their careers and remain as part of the agency's success stories!
