Needs leadership overhaul - Anonymous employee Enbridge Employee Review

Poor leadership - Middle managers and executives take their cues in how to behave towards employees from senior executives. Unfortunately they do not value or take the time to think about employees. Poor communication with employees Company values are spoken about but not actively followed by leadership. very "old school" in management low engagement - made worse when HR tries to make it look like engagement is high.
