Pros
This was a great company to work for but it is no longer. It has been slowly sliding over the past 3-5 years. Anyone with the ability to has left and the rest are just waiting for the economy to pick up a bit to make the move.
Cons
Constant down-sizing over the last 3 years has created an environment of fear and anxiety. Everyone is afraid to be innovative.
