      Pros

      I was with Spectra, when Enbridge acquired our company. It was a huge acquisition. There are still lots of great people that work there and want to make it a success.

      Cons

      There is a low morale, I think especially with functional staffs. It probably needs more new blood to help it succeed.

      Poor management, nepotism, minimal opportunity for advancement, more dedication and work does not equal more pay
