Micromanagement exists across too many levels of the organization, which slows progress and hurts morale. Corporate leadership often feels disconnected from regional teams and does not always communicate changes clearly or effectively. Decisions that impact U.S.-based employees can lack context, transparency, or understanding of local realities. There also appears to be a gap in workplace culture and management style between headquarters and regional operations.
