Pros
Pros include solid employee engagement and empowerment, a profitable and stable company (good growth prospects with only moderate volatility), a well situated midstream energy presence in a booming energy market, and great benefits compared to most other corporate employers.
Cons
The US partnership (EEP) feels far more like a satellite office of the parent company Enbridge, Inc. (ENB) as opposed to a stand-alone fortune 500 entity itself. In the accounting function, staff levels are low, hours are long, and resources are hard to obtain from ENB.
