Pros
The company is good to work for: competitive salary, modern office, on-site gym. A large portion of your annual income is derived from bonuses... it would be good to have more of it in the base salary and less left to question.
Cons
It's not like it used to be. Over time, Calgary has closed it's grip on Enbridge Gas Distribution in Toronto. The acquisition of Union Gas has created some animosity and a lot of lost productivity.
