Business Outlook
Pros
Enbridge is a company that truly demonstrates it's values. It takes it commitments to its employees, the community, and to the environment seriously. This is the best place that I have worked in my 20 year career.
Cons
Like all Oil & Gas companies, the focus is on operations. Support functions, like IT and accounting, receive less attention. They are not strategic partners within the leadership team. There is some temporary pain as the company figures out how to centralize many of it's shared service functions under Corporate leadership. This is a significant change from decades of distributed leadership.
