Pros
Decent pay, health plan options. For the most parts, people are great and most have good attitudes.
Cons
Directors change every 2-3 years, and many of them have no experience in the areas they direct. Company policies and procedures make change difficult and squash any chance of innovation and efficiencies. Leadership does not listen to employee ideas. Big consultants are hired to help find savings and in the end the recommendation is usually layoffs. This leaves less people to do more work, and the most experienced ones are let go.
