Nice building and great work environment - Ops Specialist Encore Fire Protection Employee Review

Encore has delivered on everything that they said they would during the interview/hiring process. I started off with very competitive pay, more PTO than I would have ever imagined, and a company vehicle that I take home every night (minimizing the wear on my own vehicle). Work/life balance is great and the whole Encore team has been very helpful and supportive every step of the way.

The only con that really comes to mind is that I do not have a company credit card for purchasing tools or work materials as needed. Not a big deal, and understandable.

Supportive company culture with a consistently positive work environment. Fair and competitive pay structure. Clear opportunities for ongoing learning, development, and career growth.

The PTO offering is more limited than I expected and could be more generous. Possible improvement is increase in PTO based on years in the company continuing to invest in clear development paths and maintaining the positive culture already in place will go a long way in keeping the team engaged and motivated.
