ETB is in an ideal position in the market, increasing job security. The team is full of incredibly talented people. Most of the employees are very kind, thoughtful, and truly care about each other.

Positive work environment and company culture. Exceptional work/life balance and benefits. Ability to learn, grow, and progress. Autonomy (not feeling micro-managed) and feedback. Regular communication with management and higher-ups that's positive and inspiring.

No cons for me. Seriously. Unless I win the lottery and can retire early, I plan to continue and grow with ETB as long as possible. ETB is the "greener grass on the other side" and I wouldn't want to be elsewhere. It's the full package and I am grateful and proud to be part of the team.
