      Pros

      Starting at a new company is usually daunting because you don't know what's coming, but ETB's onboarding changed that immediately. It's so detailed and thorough that the moment I saw it, I knew they had genuinely thought about me and how I'd fit in. The culture is great, everyone is helpful, welcoming, and encouraging about the things you have going on outside of work too. I felt like part of the team from day one.

      Cons

      Honestly nothing significant. My role is a newly created one, so there's a natural settling-in period as you find your footing, which comes with the territory of any new position. ETB has been supportive throughout that process.

      - Fun, positive workplace, with great events and recreational activities - Growth and development focused - Lots of opportunities to learn and develop new skills, not likely to get stuck working in one niche area - Good benefits and PTO

      Cons

      - Smaller company (could be pro or con depending on your preference) - Less company holidays so you'll have to use your PTO for things like Christmas, if you want more than a few days off

      Pros

      ETB is in an ideal position in the market, increasing job security. The team is full of incredibly talented people. Most of the employees are very kind, thoughtful, and truly care about each other.

      Depending on the position you may be required to work in an office.
