Pros
Excellent people, great pay and benefits, constructive, relaxed environment, great bonus program that shares the wealth when things are good, but does not penalize when things are bad, other than not receiving the extra pay. Opportunities to learn and grow. Dynamic work environment.
Cons
Executive management is chaotic. Operations is run by an inventor who fills the roles of operations, sales, strategy, and engineering leader. None of these are done well, and decisions appear to be random and arbitrary.
