Pros
I love this company, and love the team I get to work with every day. I work hard at Enplug - long days during the week and often during the weekends, because I want to become the best at what I do and drive the company forward. Sales at a startup is very challenging because our product, process, and pricing changes frequently and we need to convey those changes to customers and leads while driving consistent growth. But we're changing so often because the entire team is highly talented and hardworking. Since I work in sales, I spend a lot of time talking to customers, and can pass that feedback to engineers and leadership to be implemented.
Cons
With so much effort on creating growth and building the company, there's not a lot of time for perks. While we recently added a culture director, I'd like to see a bit more effort towards employee-organized "clubs" or activities.
