      I like my amount of PTO

      Cons

      Only hires friends, so many AVPs but if you are manager and below the pay is not great or competitive at all. When I went to put in my 2 weeks they said “trying to squeeze you out anyway” asked to only communicate with HR and quit that day

      Pros

      They have a good concept. Their ability to sell and grow organically creates opportunities. They seemed to have some decent training.

      Cons

      There are some good people here, but there is a bit of a toxic culture. Especially, under certain individuals. They are growing so fast that it puts their people in a situation where they burn out (especially in certain departments). I didn’t see when working there that they truly care about their people. If they did they wouldn’t have only 42% on Glassdoor saying they would recommend working there. Also, 55% CEO approval is not good. Some of their leaders lack empathy and lead by fear due to their own insecurities. You shouldn’t have to wonder if your leader cares about you. A leader who interacts with you regularly and doesn’t take the time to get to know you is also a red flag.
