Pros

Some great people work at Enthuse, and I felt very welcome there.

Cons

For a SAAS company to fire the majority of their developers and understaff important functions seems very odd. It seems management is determined to prioritise sales over providing a good service.

Enthuse Response

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to get in touch and provide your feedback. It’s great to hear your kind words about our colleagues and the positive culture we’ve built here at Enthuse. We strive to foster a welcoming environment and a team of people who are dedicated to helping charities succeed. We’ve hired 8 people into our Tech and Product teams over the past 12 months, the most across any team, and are already seeing the benefits of that investment. The quality of service our charity partners receive is a priority for us and our ongoing product development is not just built with good causes in mind, but is actively shaped by their feedback throughout the process. We take a charity-first approach in everything we do, and we’re committed to building the tools good causes need to raise as much as possible. Thank you for all your contributions to Enthuse during your time here; we greatly appreciate it. Best wishes, The Enthuse Team

Pros

I’ve been at Enthuse for a few years now and honestly really enjoy working here. The mission behind what we do actually means something. It’s rewarding to know we’re helping charities raise more and make a bigger impact. The people are a big part of why I’ve stayed. It’s a supportive, friendly team where everyone gets stuck in. You’re trusted to get on with things, but there’s always someone willing to help when you need it. Leadership is approachable and open. You feel listened to and like your opinion matters. There’s also plenty of room to grow and take on more if you’re motivated.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced environment, so things can change quickly. As long as you understand that you can grow with them!
