      Pros

      Very motivated and love very much my work. Multitasking, service oriented, consistently fulfilling goals, and I have recommendations for that from all my employers. I love to learn, have a quick learning and quick adaptation. Wants to go deeper into the field and bring talented candidate for the organization.

      Cons

      I've received positive responses, doesn’t receive negative comments, or improved comments, except from learning more information that always adds.

      Pros

      Ability to work independent. Compensation is OK and competitive. Interesting projects and lots of possibilities. Very nice coworkers.

      Cons

      The management is very hands off. They source projects with people that might not have sufficient expertise. Sink or swim approach.

      Pros

      They are good people and do care about life outside of work..unfortunately that doesnt pay the bills and the Executive Team does not treat the worker bees as equals

      Cons

      low pay, inability to support efforts, no travel allowed, very little communication from upper management, absolutely zero respect for abilities
