Cons
Infrequent after-hours calls (clients in many time zones). Occassional long days/ weeks (in a year, usually 3 - 4 weeks near 50 hours). Highly productive environment means that everyone has to keep up (there are no dull days and no slackers). Rapid growth means roles frequently shift. This creates opportunities to work on new projects or take on more responsibilities but also sometimes leads to confusion.
