Pros
Absolutely loved working with my colleagues at EI. Incredible people who truly care about you and their work. The people and the culture of this company changed my life in so many positive ways.
Cons
EI had it's difficulties, like any company. They were working out the kinks of a company transitioning from small to medium, which brought some management and organizational challenges, including a lack of clarity on individual growth potential. The biggest con is that given the USAID cuts, they didn't have the change to fully work through those things, which I'm certain they would have.
