Pros

Enzyme is a company that works mostly on a temporary basis. The process to apply is pretty straightforward and they provide you with the necessary paid training to do your job correctly. The environment is good, the co-workers and local management are great and I've made some good friends there. I love games so the job on itself was great.

Cons

The working schedule is quite unpredictable so be prepared to do overtime if there are a lot of projects that need to be finished. That also means that you can be fired without warning when there's no more work for your job.

Pros

The flexibility of working from home is fantastic, which makes maintaining work-life balance much easier. The teams are genuinely collaborative, supportive, and friendly it feels like everyone has each other’s back. The workload is fairly distributed, so you never feel like one person is carrying the weight alone. There’s a strong sense of teamwork and communication, which makes projects run smoothly and creates a positive work environment.

Cons

Projects can feel unstable, as contract roles don’t always guarantee long-term security. Unless you’re hired permanently, there’s a risk of layoffs once a project ends. This lack of stability can make long-term planning and job security a challenge, especially for those seeking a consistent career path within the company.
