Pros
I’ve been part of the EE network for 10 years, with two breaks. Both times, I was warmly welcomed back, given opportunities, and supported on my next journey within EE. That says a lot about the culture here. What makes EE stand out is the people. I know everyone says this, but it’s true! They are smart and experienced, but also an unusually concentrated group of genuinely good people. Always willing to give their time, share knowledge, and support others across the network (employees, associates and customers alike). This includes EE's founders and leadership team. You're trusted with autonomy but also encouraged to experiment, learn, and step outside your comfort zone. The move to employee ownership gives me confidence that while things may evolve, EE will stay true to its values. I couldn’t speak more highly of this company. Pros: Supportive and collaborative culture, inspiring leadership, autonomy and trust, opportunities to grow and learn, strong values, employee ownership.
Cons
Cons: There aren’t always typical career progression routes for employees/non-consultants, but this is made clear, and there is support for alternative and non-traditional career paths, opportunities and progression.
