Pros

Good overseas clients and basic CAE tools knowledge can be gained

Cons

There are multiple problems with the management starting with unrealistic expectations from both junior and senior engineers. If a certain meshing task is actually 20 hours, then only 16 hours are quoted to get the project and the pressure in put on the engineer to complete the task in 16 hours. Here is how it gets bad - 1. 16 hours means 16 hours or 2 working days. 2. This doesn't account time for restroom breaks, lunch or tea breaks. 3. No option to cover time for any other questions/answers or checking your emails. So, in the end, the engineer ends up spending 20-24 hours on the task and gets scolded from the seniors on a frequent basis with threats of termination. This leads to low confidence levels in engineers. In addition, the seniors always put the blame on juniors and don't take any responsibility themselves and keep engaging in dirty politics. Also, there is discrimiination on the basis of political alignment, caste and langauge in this office. Low pay is acceptable but discrimination is not.

Pros

Good for those who begin career just after Bachelors. Deployed few employees to the client location. If you are critical to the project and have health issues, the company will allow you to work from home.

Cons

Management never considers the employee's interests or preferred area of work. Candidates are often hired based on their strong academic backgrounds and qualifications, but once they join, they may be assigned to tasks that differ significantly from what was discussed during the interview. Management rarely considers the employee's interests or preferred area of work. There are no proper or timely salary hikes. Whenever employees ask about appraisals, the response is always that it is in the "pipeline". High level micromanagement and insecure management. They ask subject matter experts to do random nonsense tasks.Because of this behaviour employee will eventually feel himself useless. HR is highly biased in favor of management. Higher level management team can not help employees in any technical discussion (except related to ANSA), technical discussions are not at all encouraged. Management shows favoritism toward a few employees.
