      Pros

      No dress code. Great pay. Free food. Free coffee. Great IT. Cool coworkers. Great environment. Funny people. Vacation time whenever you want. Last very flexible place easy to learn and catch on.

      Cons

      Cold temperature in office. Could definitely use a more comfortable temperature setting. Also the honey nut Cheerios provided get pretty stale towards the end of the month

      Pros

      Calm environment, very bright developers, reasonably good code base and release procedures

      Cons

      Too quiet, the tiny development area is like a library. Very small, only 8-12 developers, including 2 managers. Like most trading companies, you know little about what your neighbor is doing.
