Pros
No dress code. Great pay. Free food. Free coffee. Great IT. Cool coworkers. Great environment. Funny people. Vacation time whenever you want. Last very flexible place easy to learn and catch on.
Cons
Cold temperature in office. Could definitely use a more comfortable temperature setting. Also the honey nut Cheerios provided get pretty stale towards the end of the month

Pros
A regular paycheck (although low) is comforting in the trading business. Offer health insurance and dental as well as 401k.
Cons
Complete lack of communication at all levels of management and office administration. Very unprofessional atmosphere brimming with verbal abuse, intimidation, constant threats and insinuations of being fired. There was no clear performance based bonus structure. No communication of goals, performance reviews, or vital information.
