Unorganized department, working weekends during the summer, lack of technology, weird culture.

Room for growth. Interesting things to work on. Great people to work WITH. Good benefits. As far as senior management goes, the CEO, Mark Sotir and CFO, Philip Tinkler are great people to work with. They are respectful and understanding of everyone, not just those we are "higher up the food chain." Everyone else I worked with at a lower lever in the corporation are all wonderful people that made coming to the office every day enjoyable.
Cons
After spending a good amount of time working for this company, I come to realize that there are a lot of back-end secrets. They talk a lot about open communication but fail to openly communicate with employees.
New management came in with no knowledge or background to current situations, trying to fix what isn't necessarily broken while unwilling to listen to input and feedback.
Pay is decent but certain positions are underpaid in comparison the average salary.
Covid has really brought to light how little they care about employee health and safety. It's all about being in the office when jobs can be done remotely to better promote health and safety during spikes in cases. They are not flexible or understanding with wfh, this is a fully in-person/in-office job, even through the height of Covid. However, if you're lucky enough to be one of the office favorites, you can do as you please while the rest of us are not given a choice and must be present in the office.
