No Future. Inadequate Pay - Customer Service Ergomotion Employee Review

I have no confidence in the new COO. He doesn't provide any guidance on the direction of the company or what new initiatives we have are beyond terminating employees and tightening the budget. Employees are planning their exit left and right due to poor compensation and no development plans. HR is absolutely horrendous here. They do nothing.
