      Terrible place to work. Management is incompetent. Only reason still in business is because it’s a water company and not in real business world. Bad management decisions. High turnover.

      Hybrid WFH schedule and vacation days

      Cons

      The pay is not on par with other utility companies. Essentials HR department is an embarrassment. The lack of communication is shocking. The People's Gas side is treated like an afterthought. Not a lot of room for growth.
