      Relaxing with a substandard office

      No trainning path implemented for new hire and low pay for the job they hire you for. No room for growth so you are stuck

      Hybrid WFH schedule and vacation days

      Cons

      The pay is not on par with other utility companies. Essentials HR department is an embarrassment. The lack of communication is shocking. The People's Gas side is treated like an afterthought. Not a lot of room for growth.
