      Pros

      Company culture is awesome, everyone is so helpful and wants to see you succeed! Beautiful building in Philadelphia with a fun atmosphere.

      Cons

      Onboarding with this company is not the greatest so it can feel like you are manning projects that you were never really trained to do. Processes also always seem to arise that you were never aware of. Ask lots of questions!

      -Essity is a great company overseas, just awful in the U.S. -Good co-workers, and that's really it

      Cons

      -Bad management (worst I've ever worked under) -Bad benefits -Machines are literally falling apart with management not caring a single bit about actually fixing them -No work-life balance -Rotating shifts (days-to-nights/nights-to-days every two weeks) -Culture is awful -No avenue for advancement -The union is a "union" in name-only -Overtime system is terrible -As an operator, you do 80% of the maintenance work despite having actual maintenance that makes $10 an hour more than you
