      Friendly workers and management. Straightforward itinerary.

      Cons

      There seems to be an odd, upstairs people vs downstairs people hierarchy. Lack of transparency. Some departments seems heavily dependent on single individuals.

      Great company to work with. Fashion collections and designs were amazing. Compensation plans average and opportunity to earn was tremendous

      Work from home and on your own time. Sales tools available to promote your business. Earning potential can be great.

      Cons

      Availability of items in the line is not always the best. The later in the season one sells, the longer shoppers may have to wait for their orders.
