make an appointment and set the date to interview meeting the adviser, talking person to person about 1 hour. talking about the future work and daily basis chores and responsibilities. telling me every details about the job positions and future possibilities to be hired.

Etcetera is a bit different than the other companies that I had worked for in the past. The interview was a process in which I learned more about the company and was offered the opportunity to ask a lot of questions about how successful consultants built their businesses. The process was very beneficial to me because it allowed me to overcome my initial concerns about my ability to succeed in a commission-only environment.
