      Opening times, and double pay in bank holidays

      Cons

      Everything else, very poor management ( micromanagement ) , no commission scheme, no sickness. Is the worst company I ever worked for, toxic environment and no one is happy, there are a lot turn over for this reason. Do not join if you want to be working in a nightmare company

      Gorgeous product and love working for Italian companies! Event team was great and put on some beautiful client events in store and out. The buying team is fabulous and really listen to what we needed in the stores. Best VP I have ever worked for!

      None. Literally. Dont work there.

      Cons

      They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. They dont even have standard operating procedures. Zero direction as to how they want BOH set up but a million opinions about how you set it up. Management is absolute trash. They spend their day online shopping and only care about money goals being met.
