Pros
Far above average salary. However, the salary was not link to any output, so it did not matter if you worked well and extra hours or if you just did what you were supposed to do. International atmosphere is rewarding.
Cons
Hierarchical structure that slows down all decision making. After all it is a bureaucratic environment. You do not have any influence in real decision making, the real decision are taken behind closed door. There is no uptake of any suggestions or good ideas. There is literally no promotion perspective, only those persons with "particular" relations to the director will get fast promotion and believe me this is not based on merit!
