      Pros

      Great people. Great environment. Transparency throughout the company and a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Parking at the beach can be a little bothersome on rainy days but other than that, parking at the beach is a perk. Some of the fun work events on the calendar get skipped.

      Pros

      The company does a great job vetting the the brightest, most talented staff. Wonder group of colleagues to work with. Very open to change for the better. Always looking for windows to take the lead in the category. Genuine, transparent and caring management.

      Cons

      Still settling in on the strongest direction in terms of product. Overlooked by VC's and missed funding opportunities.
