Pros

Competitive pay, respectful team, supportive, good benefits, flex PTO.

Cons

Disorganized leadership, Sales goals / Quotas are a moving target (not based on past metrics or reasonable strategies). Quota goals for the sales team were communicated sometimes halfway through the quarter but always at least 1 month into the quarter. The focus of marketing and sales outreach was constantly shifting due to a volitile market due to the pandemic.

Pros

The company does a great job vetting the the brightest, most talented staff. Wonder group of colleagues to work with. Very open to change for the better. Always looking for windows to take the lead in the category. Genuine, transparent and caring management.

Cons

Still settling in on the strongest direction in terms of product. Overlooked by VC's and missed funding opportunities.
