Pros
Because they like to chase trendy tech, there's good experience to grab here while you're looking for a real job. It's not the worst place I've ever worked.
Cons
Management was a nightmare. CEO micromanages and has no concept of boundaries or professionalism. Constant firefighting. Poor benefits. No real path for advancement. You'll see a review mentioning a marketing exodus, there was an engineering exodus as well. The company exists in spite of itself thanks to the momentum of its sales team. They'll try to sell you on microservices. They aren't. They'll try to sell you on modern JS but there's a giant shambolic mess of PHP hiding in the corner. Deadlines were pure fantasy. I could go on and on.
