Great Working Experience - Senior Software Engineer EverReal Employee Review

I've been working at EverReal for about two years now and it still feels like day 1. The pace has not slowed down one bit and the reason why it's such an awesome workplace is that I don't see it changing any time soon. You can almost feel the energy in the office some evenings when it starts getting dark and everyone is focused on their work :). Also, the tech stack is amazing.

Forced to write at least 5 words for cons but I can't really think of any. I mean, you could consider a con the fact that it's a fast-paced startup so if you are looking for a 9-5 job with little responsibility, then this is probably not the place.

Open company culture with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Ownership is very welcome, so you can shape your own area of responsibility. Very nice and open-minded colleagues, nice team events involving sports and fun. Some nice perks & benefits on top of salary.

Workload in startups tends to be high, for me this is not a problem at all as I am thankful for this learning journey, but you need to be able to set your own boundaries.
