Pros

Good work life balance, great and fun people, and the clients don't seem to really care about spending money because the majority of the business Everyone Counts targets is funded by grant money. The clients Everyone Counts targets essentially are in situations where they either spend the money or don't. So in the perspective of generating money, the company will always be alright due to the fact of that they target clients who are spending grant and government money, not their own. Honestly, after seeing how much money some clients are spending and the return of quality is actually funny and astonishing. Which brings me to believe that the people buying these products really don't care about the end goal and product, which is great for the company.

Cons

Very high turnover rate, inadequate technology for a so called "tech company", ugly design and strange applications that are constantly changing. Management seems to have no motivation or knowledge to successfully lead a company. The Sales team will say pretty much anything in order to have the client sign the contract and then slowly explain why they are unable to meet certain criteria after the product development has began and the money is in the pockets of Everyone Counts.

Pros

The company is genuinely trying to change the world. It's an exciting space, and although the company's been through a lot the team is a fun and exciting thing to be a part of.

Cons

Long hours, struggling startup. Everyone's doing their best but it's a hard industry, hard product, and hard situation.

Pros

- Real "change the world" mission and seems able to predict the industry - Pays pretty well (benefits aren't the best, but it's a startup -- and they definitely aren't the worse either!) - Great office, gym, stocked kitchen w/ free snacks - Management finally talking to each other and putting real plans in place - PTO policy is great (unlimited)

Cons

- Lots of turnover recently - some laid off, some honestly couldn't handle it, but Al so some good people - Still a lot of uncertainty on what exactly the plan is... but it's getting better - Kitchen frequently empty - Struggling to deliver on time across the board
