      Micromanagement Your company truck, which you can use as a personal vehicle has a tracker. Sales Director wants you to spend as little as possible on hotels, food and truck expenses likely because he is compensated on being under budget. Ownership and management make direct to consumer sales a priority, which causes issues with dealers, aside from the other challenges it creates. Director of Sales will lie to you every chance he gets. The company is very greedy

      Pros

      This is a very family oriented company with great people. The CEO is truly inspiring as a leader as well as compassionate to employees. Management is always helpful and never makes you feel small when there are things you don't understand. The learning opportunities are endless. Teamwork in this office is nothing like I have seen before; there is no "that's not my job" mentality. Everyone understands that the machine runs the most smoothly and efficiently when all the parts work together.

      There are no cons so far! Paid holiday time is fantastic, as well as vacation and sick days, hours are flexible, and the health benefits are second to none.
