Cons
- The office is a little quiet and could use a bit of energy / vibrance (but when most folks are deeply focused engineers, this is kind of expected) - Everyone is super busy, so sometimes it's difficult to get face time with leaders. It can take a while to really develop those relationships and get a sense of who they are
