Pros
Experience and training(especially if you’re just out of college).
Cons
Young and inexperienced potential employees are sought after because they’re subordinate and don’t know any better. There is little to no work-life-balance. When they say 50-hr minimum, you’ll be working more than this. Always. This can exceed to more than 60 during peak season. Definitely not for the faint of heart, or anyone with a spouse or young children. I heard the owner complain about a previous employee who was “too devoted to her kids,” leaving to pick them up before all her work was done. They judge you hard core for tending to your personal life. The work place environment is unprofessional, and at times downright uncomfortable. Everyone gets publically called out in the form of poorly written, tantrum emails. If you ever get on the man’s bad side, he’ll make you regret it. If you aren’t competitive or extremely cutthroat, this place is not for you. There’s a reason they have a high turnover rate.
