When you become an employee for Evolve, you become part of a team. The overall moral and work environment is a positive and fun atmosphere. There are days we have music blaring, we are all conversing and sharing new ideas/ working on the betterment of the company, and there are also days where we throw headphones on and get to the grind. Working with a team mentality, we are all on the same page and do our best to stay in sync; communication is key. Sal (CEO) and Management are very accessible, easy to talk to, and are open to new ideas, critiques, and solutions. The hard work we put in is so rewarding, and it does not go unnoticed. I've worked really hard to earn the opportunities I've been given, and with those opportunities comes growth. Busy season is always an uphill battle, but over time the company has made changes to better manage and prepare each year. Expect to work longer hours in busy season. You have to work much harder to maintain that work/life balance, but it evens out in our slower season.
