      Pros

      Above average base salary and commissions, freedom of way of working, truly disruptive technology with high appeal.

      Cons

      Niche product with long sales cycle (9-12 months), cyclical sales. Company does not accept that the quota is not delivered in the first year of work, which is difficult, due to the sales cycle. Product for large companies, few installed bases for local reference.

      Pros

      Great team with everyone cooperative and with drive, wanting to make a solid product. Environment allows for meaningful input and work for everyone. But also has expectations for everyone to be a good contributor. Good hybrid policy and family/life balance.

      Cons

      No 401k match for unknown reasoning which doesn't help attract the best talent. Benefits are ok, but basic compared to previous job.
