Not a single positive for this company. I would have given zero stars but that was not an option. Dreadful work environment.
Cons
I would give zero stars but that wasn't an option. The entire office is mostly temps, who have great potential but aren't given the proper training. Employees are Overworked & underpaid, high stress environment, managers expectations are highly unreasonable, they do not appreciate their employees WHAT SO EVER. No talking to co Workers, no cell phones period. People have to go to the Bathroom just to respond to a text, It's like being back in elementary school. If you don't make yourself crazy to get the work done you'll be ridiculed. If you don't do overtime you'll be ridiculed. Managers will act super sweet to your face but then be shady and deceiving behind your back. Everyone is miserable here (never met one person who could say they actually liked their job) the turnover is insane, new person in the office every week. 30 min lunch, no other breaks, no bonuses, couple of pennies is considered an annual raise. Disgrace of a company.
