      Learning about accident claims and how to multitask in a busy environment.

      Bad management, poor training, unreasonable targets. Mixed signals and no pay rises for male staff only women seemed to get them.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
