      Prior to ExamWorks Kindertons was a very employee centric, some great people that ignored being undervalued. Potential projects were interesting

      Cons

      Post ExamWorks you went into two camps, those below mid management and those above. Very clearly valued as a number rather than person.

      Pros

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Cons

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
