Pros
Flexibility with your daily routine and my immediate boss was very nice, but there are many things outside of their control
Cons
Zero opportunity for advancement, no matching 401k (who doesn't do that these days?), no raises-EVER, no structure, no nothing. This is a company with no culture, crappy benefits, a bunch of white men are in charge who seemingly did nothing to get their promotions. Incompetents are promoted because they are besties with the other incompetents. Just horrible, don't even consider it.
