      Good opportunity to get a lot of experience in a growing industry. The work is interesting and varies day to day.

      Cons

      There is not anything that comes to mind that you would not experience in a mid to large sized growing company.

      Pros

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Cons

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
